1. Why is it so inexpensive?
We believe in passing what ever savings we make directly to the customer.

2. How secure is our Wireless transmissions?
Because we use FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) plus data encryption for the wireless system, it is in fact more secure than regular phone and cable lines.

3. Is your system "dial-up" or am I always connected?
You can remain "hardwired" to our system, beacause we do not terminate idle connections.

4. Does weather affect the wireless connection?
No. Weather does not affect the connection.

5. When are server upgrades and maintenance done?
We do not want to interrupt our service to our customers. However, there will be cases where the service is interrupted due to server upgrades and maintenance. We feel that this will not happen often. However, so our customers are not affected, our policy is to work on upgrades and/or maintenance off peak periods.
